We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

*Returns:*
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

*Refunds:*
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

*Return Shipping:*
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

*Damaged or Incorrect Items:*
- Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
